No. If you are paying by card or Cash App, you do not need to be home. Just make sure the area is accessible and any bins or car mats are left out.
Yes. We use the customer's outdoor water supply during cleaning. The booking form asks for permission before you submit.
Card customers are charged after the job is complete. Cash and Cash App customers pay after the job is complete.
If you choose Cash App, we clean first. After the job is complete, Quick Bin Clean sends you a Cash App payment link for the amount due.
Light rain may be okay, but storms, unsafe weather, or freezing conditions may delay service. If weather causes a delay, we will move your cleaning to the next safe available time.
Go to Manage My Subscription and enter the email and phone number from your booking. Recurring plans have a 2 billing cycle minimum unless Quick Bin Clean approves an exception.
Yes. Add trash bins for $10 each with another service. Leave car mats out and we can clean them for $5 each.
Yes, but you do not have to. If you want a better quote, you can text driveway, patio, or walkway photos after submitting your request.
